Pam Baker holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Prior to joining industry, she was a hospital pharmacist at a teaching hospital in New Jersey. Since joining the pharmaceutical industry, she has taken multiple roles in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs in a variety of disease areas including rheumatology within immunology, depression and schizophrenia within neuroscience, HIV within infectious disease. Dr Baker has published and presented posters in peer review journals and congresses in these projects. Currently she is working with her team in developing a treatment for pregnancies at risk of fetal neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia.
