Haley Sullivan, B.S. is a PhD candidate at Harvard University, in the Health Policy program. Prior to her PhD, she was a fellow at the National Institutes of Health Department of Bioethics, where she conducted research on the ethics of genomic research and reproductive technologies. Subsequently, the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, she worked on projects in biomedical innovation and regulatory science.
Haley is a recipient of a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. Her doctoral research focuses on access to health care during pregnancy in the United States, stillbirth, and the development of quasi-experimental research methods.
