Anna Kheyfets Daoud, MD, MPH is a first-year resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine with her MD with Research Honors and MPH in 2024 with the Presidential Award for Civic Life, MD/MPH Academic Achievement Award, H. Jack Geiger Public Health Advocacy Award and Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) 2024 Scholars Award. She graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Biology. She has 8 years of experience conducting mixed-methods research in maternal and reproductive health, with a focus on quality improvement and qualitative methods. She served as a project coordinator for the Perinatal Neonatal Quality Improvement Network of Massachusetts (PNQIN), the state perinatal quality collaborative throughout the medical school. She led the design, implementation, and evaluation of the PNQIN Maternal Equity Safety Bundle. Her interests include immigrant health and health equity, obstetric critical care, and improving the patient experience during pregnancy and childbirth.
