Ascension St. John
Fareeza Afzal completed her medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. She then went on to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Ascension St. John in Detroit, MI. She is currently a first year Maternal Fetal Medicine fellow at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA.
