Cancellation Policy
Registrants are able to edit some basic information to their registration online by using the login credentials used to register by selecting Member Compass. Any changes to event selections must be made prior to 19 August 2024 and can be done so by emailing globalcongress@smfm.org.
If a cancellation is needed:
Cancellations received via email (globalcongress@smfm.org) prior to Monday, 19 August 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after 19 August 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Substitutions are permitted at no cost.
Substitutions and any changes that require removing any items from your registration must be sent via email for processing.
